1:1 Yoga Mentoring (6 x 60 minute sessions in person or via ZOOM).

 

This is what awaits:

Six weeks of a 1:1 yoga journey accelerating you on the journey towards health, wellbeing and joy. Sessions are held every 2 weeks. (This plan can of course be adjusted to suit your personal health and wellbeing goals). After each session you will receive an email with practices till our next meeting. 

 

Week 1:  

Where are you at? 

Physical challenges, emotional patterns, mental predisposition. What serves and what doesn’t Together we will get into your unique make-up and set your personal yoga and wellbeing goals. This week will cover any preexisting conditions and reports from your treating health professionals.  

 

Week 2: 

Transformative Fundamentals of Yoga.

Discover the fundamentals of a transformative yoga practice that will change your yoga and life. Learning these key principles will transform any yoga practices or classes you attend forever.  

 

Week 3:

The healing power of Ayurveda.

Discover your unique ayurvedic blueprint you were born with, and how it has come out of balance. Learn lifestyle strategies to bring you back to balance. Ayurveda is India’s ancient system of health and healing. It is a highly individualised system, and learning about your unique predispositions will help you understand why the yoga practices we choose in this program are ideal to bring you back to balance. 

 

Week 4:

Mastering your nervous system.

The magic of relaxation, meditation and mantra. This week we focus on finding the perfect relaxation and meditation practices for your mental predisposition and current functioning of the nervous system. This session is key for all those experiencing symptoms of stress and nervous tension as a result of leading a fast paced life. You will also receive a Mantra (sacred syllable), an ancient vedic tradition which is said to be transformative beyond imagination.

 

Week 5:

The missing piece. 

A session to focus on whatever you feel is missing in the puzzle peace. This could be focusing on an old injury, work-shopping a pose you always wanted to master, practicing breathing techniques for vitality and youthfulness, deepening your knowlegde of ayurvedic lifestyle principles, learning how to incorporate ritual and magic into your life daily. I will also share some of my favourite yoga resources with you (books, podcasts, music).

 

Week 6:

Your personalised Yoga Practices.  

Receiving your unique yoga routines. You will receive 2 yoga routines: one more active (hatha yoga) and one restorative/meditation/breathing practice. 15-45 mins each in an easy to read practice plan so you can practice them any day of your life. We will practice these routines so you are familiar with them, and we can clarify any questions you may have.

 

 

YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE VIDEO:

You also have the option to purchase a specially recorded VIDEO recording for you, in which I will demonstrate your unique practices step by step. Highlighting their benefits and correct way of practicing. This could be one longer practice (up to 60 minutes) or two shorter practices (up to 30 minutes). The additional cost for these recordings is $149.

The manual and videos will become your go to practices for months and years to come and will keep you accelerating towards your goals to return back to a state of wholistic balance and bliss in your body and mind.

The program includes

A beautiful 12 week journey (6 sessions every 2 weeks). Week by week you will discover and learn new resources and practices – so at the end of our journey you will have received a bundle of jewels of wisdom on yoga and how to use this to create ongoing health.

An assessment questionnaire prior to our first session to get you thinking about where you are at, and where you would like your body, mind and spirit like to go. Be prepared to be challenged to dream bigger.

An ayurvedic lifestyle analysis questionnaire in week 4 and an in depth explanation of your own unique dosha, prakriti and vikruti.

Your personal yoga journal worksheet to implement one simple change each week and to keep visual track of your progress.

After each of our sessions you will receive a written handout with key points discussed, and practices for you to explore for the next 2 weeks. This may include physical practices, breathing techniques, meditation and mantra practices, music, reading or yoga nidra.

3 generic active yoga video practices for you to practice any time.

2 longer restorative yoga video practices to deeply nurture your nervous system.

 Investment 

Your investment is $149 per session. 

 

What you need to participate in this program:

 

A yoga mat and some basic props (couchins, bolster etc – I can guide you where to get these) 

A internet connection if we are connecting via Zoom and access to a printer to print the resources I will send to you

A private place in your home or office where we can meet if we are connecting via ZOOM

An open mind to experience profound changes about the way you feel in your body and mind. 

A willingness to practice between sessions. The real magic happens between our sessions on your mat.
