Our retreats take you on a journey of holistic renewal. Yoga, relaxation, time in nature, nourishing meals and lots of time for you are integral to this weekend.

This retreat is limited in numbers to ensure a boutique yoga retreat experience with a loving and personal touch. This weekend is all about you and keeping numbers limited is essential. Groups generally consist of 10-15 participants from all paths of lives.

P1320163Morning yoga to cleanse and renew, afternoon restorative yoga to boost energy levels, guided relaxations and meditation,  optional guided bush walks, a workshop to create ongoing wellbeing, company of like-minded people, use of all Hummingbird Eco Retreat facilities… sit in the cafe and read a book, explore the vegetable gardens, go for a walk amongst giant eucalypts, watch the wildlife or simply relax.

P1320130Maybe you need some time away from your day-to-day life, perhaps you feel physically tired, or mentally stressed or fatigued?

Then this retreat is for you. It’s amazing what a difference two days can make.

Come with a friend, your partner, or on your own. A retreat is great way to meet like-minded people and to get some “me-time” away from family, work or other commitments. All levels of yoga are welcome. As our numbers are limited we can adjust practices from beginner to advanced students.

It’s all about supporting you to return back to perfect balance! Massage, health and beauty treatments available onsite at the Hummingbird wellbeing centre at extra cost.

Retreat Schedule:

Saturday:

  • Arrive Red Hill by 9.30am, settle into the beautiful Hummingbird Eco Retreat
  • Morning yoga session to cleanse and let go
  • Delicious vegetarian shared lunch in the Hummingbird cafe
  • Guided bush walk (optional) or massage (at extra cost)
  • Afternoon restorative yoga session
  • Free time to spend in nature and on the beautiful property
  • Vegetarian dinner feast
  • Great sleep in beautiful Hummingbird rooms

Sunday:

  • Wake up feeling refreshed, have a piece of fruit/cup of herbal tea, sit in nature, go for a walk or stay in bed
  • Morning yoga session at 8.00 am
  • Delicious Hummingbird country breakfast
  • Recharge yourself on a guided bush walk (optional) or have a massage (extra cost)
  • Workshop: creating ongoing wellbeing
  • Afternoon picnic in nature
  • Guided relaxation journey and closing session
  • The retreat ends at 4pm on Sunday
  • Return home feeling refreshed, energised and cleansed.

You live locally, or would like to join our retreat for one day only? 

Join us on the Saturday from 9.30-5.00pm or on the Sunday from 8am-4pm. Each day offers a beautiful mix of yoga, relaxation, beautiful organic vegetarian food, energising bush walk and workshop. Please refer to the above retreat schedule for more information.

Pamela is a yoga tacher, creative therapist and seasoned workshop facilitator. It is her passion to assist others to create lives filled with vitality, health and joy. Pamela offers classes, workshops, retreats and yoga coaching from her studio amongst trees on the Mornington Peninsula. More about Pamela here.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations till six weeks before retreat: Full refund minus $85 administration fee. Cancellations after this date: A refund can only be offered if your space can be filled with another participant. (Exception: medical emergency with certificate).
