Vinyasa Yoga combines movement and breath, so your physical yoga practice becomes a moving meditation. Cultivate strength, stretch, and learn new breathing techniques to energise your whole being.

Moms & Toddlers Joins us with your little one on the mat. Using asana, breath, music, dance and lots of spontaneity, this is a beautiful class to connect with yourself, your little one and other like-minded women.

This is what some of our students say:

“Every week I look forward to my yoga class at Pamela’s beautiful and peaceful Yoga Sanctuary. It is where I can nurture my inner self and feel connected to others and the universe. I leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed and strengthened. I have experienced a great deal more mindfulness since I began practicing yoga with Pamela. Thank you for sharing your special gift Pamela.”
(Sandy Way-Leishman, Sandalwood House Holistic Massage)

"Since moving here I've been missing the lovely yoga school I had attended for over 20 years but walking into your beautiful serene space yesterday and meeting you, felt like 'yoga home'. Apart from your nurturing attention, the lovely postures, the warm room and beautiful ambience of the space, one of the things I especially appreciated yesterday was the music...often the music in a yoga class can be intrusive or distracting but your selection was just perfect. Many grateful thanks for your expertise, kindness and nurturing attention."

“Attending Pamela’s classes is a great joy for me. Pamela’s wisdom and understanding is an inspiration to me. I feel safe and well-lead into asanas. Her guidance focusses the mind, energises the body, and harmonises emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects. I approach each class with anticipation and always feel re-energised but relaxed after the class and leave with a deepened awareness of some aspect of yoga. Pamela is a special person. Thank you Pamela for enriching people’s lives.”
