Pamela Rauleder - Founder of Yoga Sanctuary

Hatha Yoga Teacher, Yoga Coach, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher

Pamela RaulederPamela is Yoga Teacher & Coach and Art Therapist with a passion for healing and living the life we dream of.

She has created Yoga Sanctuary to assist heart-centred women to create lives filled with ongoing health, wellbeing and joy.

Pamela's yoga journey began in the Indian Himalayas in 2003, where she trained to become a yoga teacher. A few years later she had the privilege to study in the house of her mentors - famed yogis AG, Indra and Ganesh Mohan and learned how to adapt yoga to the individual using Yoga, Ayurveda and yoga therapy.

Pamela specialises in offering yoga that nurtures mothers and their families, and individuals. She draws inspiration from studies with experts of yoga for women, Judith Lasater, Donna Fahri and Janice Clearfield. She is a contributor for  themindfulmum.com, where she shares her expertise about pre- and postnatal yoga in short accessible video sequences.

Apart from running Yoga Sanctuary, Pamela loves being connected to community. She works for public broadcaster SBS as casual producer/presenter for the German program and is the Strategy Director for Yogafest Retreat (a biannual charity yoga festival run on the Mornington Peninsula that raises thousands of dollars each year).

When not working, Pamela loves spending time with her young family and Cocker Spaniel in nature on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
